對(duì)于中國(guó)玩具出口企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，除了要密切關(guān)注玩具出口市場(chǎng)相關(guān)玩具法規(guī)法律的變動(dòng)外，也要謹(jǐn)慎對(duì)待國(guó)際海運(yùn)準(zhǔn)則的每一次內(nèi)容修改，兩者并行，才能更好規(guī)劃玩具出口藍(lán)圖，迎戰(zhàn)海外玩具市場(chǎng)。

而近日，據(jù)駿意設(shè)計(jì)了解 ，2018版國(guó)際海運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)貨物準(zhǔn)則（IMDG Code ）對(duì)一部分內(nèi)容作出了修改，同時(shí)新增了隔離組別代碼，更新了危險(xiǎn)品列表（DGL）；其中重要的更改總結(jié)如下：

Throughout the text 'risk' now reads 'hazard' and 'risks' reads 'hazards'.

全文中，" 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)" 一詞改成" 危險(xiǎn) " 。

 

There is a new paragraph 2.0.6, Classification of articles as articles containing dangerous goods N.O.S. 　　新增 2.0.6段落，包含危險(xiǎn)品（未作說(shuō)明）的物品分類(lèi)。

 

A new entry for 3227 was added to the table in paragraph 2.4.2.3.2.3 for Class 4. New entries for 3109, 3116, 3119 were added to the table in paragraph 2.5.3.2.4 for Class 5.2.

在第4類(lèi)2.4.2.3.2.3 段落的表格中添加了3227類(lèi)新條目。在第5.2 類(lèi) 2.5.3.2.4段落的表格中添加了3109, 3116, 3119 類(lèi)新條目。

 

Chapter 2.8, Classification of corrosives, has been overhauled. 

2.8章節(jié)，腐蝕物品分類(lèi)，已經(jīng)進(jìn)行大幅修改。

 

There is clarification in paragraph 3.1.2.2 that only the moreapplicable PSN be used when there are several distinct onesunder one UN Number.

第3.1.2.2段解釋了只有當(dāng)一個(gè)聯(lián)合國(guó)編號(hào)（ UN Number ）下有幾個(gè)不同的PSN時(shí)，才使用更適用的 PSN 。

 

The stowage categories for several class 1 entries have been amended.

一些 1 類(lèi)條目下的裝載類(lèi)別已被修訂。

 

There have been several updates in chapter 4.2 to existing packing instructions and a few new packing instructions added.

4.2章節(jié)中，對(duì)現(xiàn)有的包裝指令有幾處更新，并增加一小部分新的包裝指令內(nèi)容。

 

There is a new IMO type 9 tank added for road gas elements vehicles for the transport of compressed gases of class 2.

用于運(yùn)輸2類(lèi)壓縮氣體的道路氣體元件車(chē)輛增加了一種新型 IMO9 型儲(chǔ)存罐。

 

In chapter 5.2, paragraph 5.2.2.2, the specimen labels are now presented in a landscape table.

在5.2章節(jié)的 5.2.2.2 段，樣品標(biāo)簽現(xiàn)在在表格上可以看到。

  

Chapter 5.3 is now extended to cover bulk containers.

5.3章節(jié)已經(jīng)延伸覆蓋散裝貨柜。  

 

Part 6 has several minor changes to some of the chapters.

There is a new table added to paragraph 7.2.6.3, which provides segregation exemptions for organic peroxides UN numbers 3101 to 3120 with sub-risks that clash with other organic peroxides.

在第7.2.6.3段中增加了一個(gè)新表，其中規(guī)定了聯(lián)合國(guó)編號(hào)（ UN Number）3101至 3120 ，與其他有機(jī)過(guò)氧化物相沖突具有次級(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有機(jī)過(guò)氧化物的隔離豁免。

 

新隔離組別代碼方面

· Eighteen new segregation groups are identified (see paragraph 3.1.4.4)

· 指定18個(gè)新隔離組別（參考 3.1.4.4 段）；  

· Section 7.2.8 has been updated to reflect the new segregation group codes.

· 為體現(xiàn)新隔離組別代碼，7.2.8部分已經(jīng)進(jìn)行更新；  

· SG1 has been amended and new segregation codes SG76, SG77 and SG78 added.

· SG1已經(jīng)進(jìn)行修改，增加新隔離代碼 SG76,SG77,SG78 ；

  

危險(xiǎn)品列表（DGL）更新方面

· There are new entries TOXIC SOLID, FLAMMABLE, INORGANIC, N.O.S. (UN 3535) and LITHIUM BATTERIES INSTALLED IN CARGO TRANSPORT UNIT (UN 3536).

· 新增條目：有毒固體，易燃品，無(wú)機(jī)物，未做說(shuō)明（UN3535 ）和安裝于貨物運(yùn)輸單元的鋰電池（ UN3536）；  

· There are new entries UN numbers 3537 to 3548 covering 'ARTICLES ConTAINING DANGEROUS GOODS'.

· 新增聯(lián)合國(guó)代碼（UN Number ）3537 到 3548，覆蓋" 包含危險(xiǎn)品的物品 "；

 

· The eighteen new segregation groups have now been coded and included in column 16b of the DGL (note: if a substance belongs to a segregation group (as identified in paragraph 3.1.4.4) it is now identified in the DGL, column 16b, by inclusion of the 'SGG' code. The intention is to make the identification of belonging to a segregation group more easily recognizable directly from the DGL).

· 18 個(gè)新隔離組別已經(jīng)被編號(hào)收錄進(jìn)DGL 的 16b欄（注意：如果一種物質(zhì)屬于隔離組別（如 3.1.4.4 所述），現(xiàn)在也被指定為DGL的 16b 欄，包含SGG 代碼。目的在于能更容易從 DGL 中直接識(shí)別屬于隔離組的物質(zhì)。）

  

· The heading in column 4 of the DGL now reads 'subsidiary hazard(s)'.

· DGL 第4 欄的標(biāo)題現(xiàn)改為 "次要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)"

 

· Many substances in the DGL have now been assigned SG35,SG36 and/or SG49 (stow separated from acids/alkalis/cyanides)

· DGL 中很多物質(zhì)現(xiàn)在被指定為SG35,SG36 和/或 SG49 （從酸 /堿 / 氰化物中隔離的充填料）  

 

· The EmS guide has been updated and revised to reflect new assignments in column 15 of the DGL.

· 為體現(xiàn) DGL第 15 欄的新內(nèi)容， EmS指引已經(jīng)更新并修改。

   

危險(xiǎn)品列表（ DGL）新增加安裝于貨物運(yùn)輸單元的鋰電池的要求 ,見(jiàn) UN3536,這一條款適用于儲(chǔ)能電柜的運(yùn)輸。

符合國(guó)際海運(yùn)準(zhǔn)則，達(dá)成玩具出口市場(chǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，中國(guó)玩具出口企業(yè)關(guān)鍵還是應(yīng)該從玩具產(chǎn)品入手，不斷提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，同時(shí)，樹(shù)立企業(yè)信心，更好面對(duì)來(lái)自國(guó)際玩具市場(chǎng)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。
